It was quite annoying cause I received 3 just before 8 a.m. So I googled and guess what, this PCCNS DTI blahblah has been going around since November of 2007.

Petty scammers! Hmmmm, they’ve been doing this for nearly 2 years? Impressive eh!

Seriously, government needs to advance their system at least to track down people behind this.
