Why everyone is so into “Private Profile”, including me?

I just checked on my friendster account, opened my friends list, then CTRL+Click on the logout link. Then I opened each friend’s profile in a new tab seeing only the note “Private Profile”, . I wanted to take a peek without having my profile under the “who’s viewed me” page, but no good.

But the main reason I get stucked there was I’m trying to review the “add comment” script, if it would allow JS run from a different server. If that’s possible, I’d like to test out on pushing some ad-codes to everyone I knew or even those who have non-private-profile settings. Then, I’d check on my adsense account how things are going, hehehe. Maybe, hmmmm.
